Sea-Doo Trixx R Up promotion with Powerbuilt Tools

 

1. By submitting an entry into this promotion, it is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions as outlined below of the Sea-Doo Trixx R Up promotion run by Powerbuilt Tools New Zealand.
2. This promotion is run by Alltrade Tools NZ (2016) Limited, P O Box 10-260 Christchurch, which is the New Zealand Licence holder of Powerbuilt Tools.
3. The Sea-Doo Trixx R Up promotion with Powerbuilt Tools is valid to purchases from 01 October 2021 to 31 November 2021.
   Please Note: The promotion start date and end date or the entire promotion Period may be changed at any time and at short notice due to the current restrictions enforced by the New Zealand Government in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic. The promoter may also vary the promotional period at any time taking into account the Covid-19 pandemic.
4. Entries close 5pm 31 November 2021.
   1. Effective 17 November 2021, prize draw has been extended, entries now close 5pm 31 January 2022.
5. The prize draw will take place on Friday 03 December 2021, with all winners notified shortly after.
   1. Effective 17 November 2021, the roll out process of prizes has changed. From 01 December 2021 each week 4 winners will be selected, to win from 1 9Dr Tool Box, and from 3 10pc Screwdriver Sets. This will continue weekly thru to 31 January 2022, following that, the major prize draw for the two Sea-Doo Spark Trixx will take place. All successful winners of the runner up prizes will be included in the major prize draw.
6. If within 4 weeks any prize is not claimed by a winner, a draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place.
7. Entry to the promotion is only valid by submitting an online entry at  www.powerbuittools.co.nz Entries by any other method are not valid. Entries after this date will not be accepted.
8. Minimum spend required for entry to be valid is $50.00 NZD Including GST. Multiple entries are not eligible per receipt.
9. At time of entry, you must fully complete all fields and upload a copy of the receipt for your entry to be valid.
10. All persons entering must be over the age of 16 to be awarded a prize.
11. The prize pack will be awarded to the named person in the entry only.
12. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the promoter and modify their entry as appropriate.
13. You are required to retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
14. Entries are only open to purchases of Powerbuilt branded tools. They must be purchased through a New Zealand Retailer, in-store or online. Overseas purchases are not valid for entry.
15. Entry is only open to those residing in New Zealand.
16. Distributors & retailers of Powerbuilt tools, employees and their families are not eligible to enter.
17. All information supplied via entry form will be held in confidentiality except for the winners of which Powerbuilt New Zealand reserves the right to publish the winner’s name, location, and a presentation photograph on their social media channels.
18. Powerbuilt retailers & Powerbuilt’s New Zealand license holder’s responsibility for the prizes ceases at time of delivery to the winner.
19. Powerbuilt retailers & Powerbuilt’s New Zealand license holder will not be responsible for any type of damage or injury resulting from usage of the Sea-Doo Spark Trixx or Powerbuilt Tools won, or the purchased Powerbuilt tools.
20. The prize in details consists of:
    Major prize draw; there are two major prizes to be won. 1 Will be drawn from the North Island entries, and 1 from the South Island. Each Winner will receive: 1x Sea-Doo 2021 Spark Trixx 3up personal watercraft, including front bin. Spark Trailer including on road costs and Two Sea-Doo personal flotation devices (PFD’s) (in some images of the advertised Spark Trixx, a speaker is shown mounted on the Trixx, this is NOT an accessory included with the prize).
    Runner up prizes will be drawn at random, and consist of 10 Powerbuilt 9 Drawer Tool Boxes (model RMS6153), and 30 Powerbuilt 10pc Go-Through Screwdriver Sets (model WSS5012).
21. If the winner advises that they do not want to accept the prize, it will be forfeited and awarded to another winner.
22. Total maximum prize pool value is approximately valued at $40,000 (including GST)
23. Any warranty issues in relation to the prize will be covered by normal manufacturer’s warranty.
24. Prizes are not transferable and can not be exchanged for cash.
25. Powerbuilt’s New Zealand license holder reserves the right to a verification check at their absolute discretion for proof of purchase.
26. Powerbuilt New Zealand’s decision is final and will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result.
